I recently discovered I was watching too much t.v. I've done this once before when my now 8 year old was a year or so. Back then, I got rid of the cable all together and enjoyed my time with other productive things.
Once again, I found myself in that same 'couch potato' situation. I made a decision to no longer watch T.V. I don't know how long it will last, but I can say that I have been 5 days T.V. free!

This is the bike I just ordered online. It had really good reviews and it was priced just right. I'm excited to test it out. My kids love to go bike riding and usually I will jog along side them. Now they won't have to wait for me to catch up.
