I have a dream!

That one day we will be debt free (again).
Our house we own and rent out had a sudden pipe burst and since our tenants weren't home at the time, the rushing water from under the house caused settling and the settling caused major damage that needs repair. Our insurance won't cover it and it has been a mess trying to get a loan to go through since Scott has been in school the past four years and not working, despite our excellent credit. Anyway, for 3 weeks I have been contacting plumbers, contractors, loan officers, our property manager, adjusters, and insurance agency. I am hoping to get this worked out soon.
